In south Germany, as well as in many other regions, once a year, farmers may turn their homestead into a pub-esque restaurant for four months – without administrative consent. Our concept speaks to just that – being originated from the Black Forest, me, Dominik Kramp, as the proprietor – I want to follow into the footsteps of this long-lasting tradition.
Original South-German, as well as regional dishes with modern and international influences fill our menu, a kitchen based on craft and conventional methods of food preparation. Cooked only on flame and stone, paired with mostly homemade production recaps our philosophy.
Similar to the farm life, we prioritise product quality & freshness, hence coping with daily demands can only be faced with healthy, quality nutrition.
We, the “Seitenblick”, do not stand to be a tutoring ecological institution in that respect, but want to be a place, conscious of handling our daily nutritional value.
We hope to being able to take our guests on a journey to farm life and to be helping to catch a break from the daily stress for the time of your stay with us.
